What makes this different?
Most storm tours take you for a ride - Our tours make you part of the chase!
Every morning starts with coffee and forecasting. Together we'll analyze models, discuss target areas, and hit the road. Some days end under a sculpted supercell. Others end celebrating over dinner after witnessing an unforgettable tornado. No two days are ever the same.
Deposit:
$800 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Travel:
Flights and any additional travel required to and from the base city is on you.
All travel related expenses with chasing is on us!
Hotel:
Accommodation is provided.
Please note: This is based on double occupancy with another guest on the tour.
If you wish for a single occupancy, this must be confirmed at the time of booking and there will be an additional charge of $120 USD per night of the tour for the additional room required for us to book.
Meals:
A continental breakfast is usually included in the hotel each morning. All other meals, snacks and refreshments are on you.
Additional:
Instruction and education about all things weather from forecasting, navigation, chasing and shooting videos or photos. One thing to please keep in mind, we might extend the tour if a big day or two are forecast so there will be an option to extend at a flat rate per day... if this is something you would be open to, make sure you purchased flights that can be changed and you have flight insurance.
Extra Info:
We will be running what we call "Day Trips" that consist of shorter trips usually within Canada and the Northern Plains, typically the month of July and a touch into August. This could be anywhere from 1 to 4 days of chasing.
