Photographic adventure in Iceland, witness Nature's most impressive light show.

Join the team for a bucket list 8 day trip that you always wanted. Iceland is the perfect destination for those who are looking for the unexpected—something out of the ordinary.  In one day, you can see aurora, gorgeous waterfalls, majestic glaciers, boiling hot springs, crater-filled landscapes and even erupting volcanoes if you’re lucky.

If you are looking for a fun, entertaining, educational, extreme vacation with plenty of adventure, witnessing  some of the Icelandic landscape which is characterized by a huge number of waterfalls, geysers, volcanoes, black sand beaches, and steaming lava fields, reminiscent of an almost alien landscape.  Iceland is widely known as ‘The Land of Fire and Ice’ and the extreme contrasts in Icelandic nature are a huge part of the appeal.

Then this trip is for you!

Price:

8 day trip $3,200 USD plus tax

Dates:

March 18, 2026, to March 25th, 2026.  Fly in and out prospectively on the day before and after.  The reason we are picking these dates is that it is right around the March equinox, and when the Sun is in a period of solar maximum, we will be more likely to see and photograph the dancing green lights of the Aurora.  The total Golden Hour time exceeds 3 hours per day in Iceland.

Deposit:

$500 non-refundable deposit.

Travel:

Travel to and from Reykjavík, Iceland is on you. I can help look for flights if needed.  Rental SUV's is on us.

Hotel:

Accommodations provided.  I am looking to book an Airbnb on this trip.  Looking to book it in South Central
Iceland.  If we end up in the Northern part, we will book a hotel.

Meals:

All meals and snacks are the guests' responsibility.  We could cook a lot of the meals at the Airbnb.

Additional:

All these magical locations don’t require endless amounts of driving to reach. The distances between interesting locations for photography are, in most cases, quite short which means you spend a lot more time photographing this jaw-dropping, unbelievable, beautiful landscape.

When we have down days (no Aurora) we will travel to some locations below.

  • Geothermal valley of Haukadalur

  • The mighty Gullfoss Waterfall
